The address will be sent to you no later than 12 hours before booking. In the event that in my human nature I do not send it, please text me 910-593-2997 and remind me.

Please, no extra guests are allowed unless we have discussed and I have approved.

There is a $30 nonrefundable deposit required to secure your booking. If you are unable to make your appointment for whatever you are able to transfer it NO LATER THAN 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations should be made 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is fine, but communication is key. Same day cancellations will result in your remaining balance to be charged 25%. All no shows will be banned from booking on first offense.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. You will have a ten minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled and 25% of your remaining balance is charged. Remember communication is key. More grace is almost always given when communicated. In the event that I am running behind, I will discount your service by 25%.

Shampooing is an add-on service. Please be sure to add it on when booking or come with hair shampooed and blow dried prior to service.
